• Transit Times: Orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on product stock levels.

• Included Freight:

  • Free roundtrip shipping within the Lower 48 states if delivery is to a commercial location with standard lift access.

  • Residential delivery incurs a $250 roundtrip fee.

 

• Additional Charges:

  • Remote zones (e.g. Alaska, Hawaii, Cape Code, FL Keys, parts of NY) may have extra fees.

  • Special delivery requests (e.g. straight truck, change in location) are billed separately.

  • Failed delivery attempts result in re-delivery charges borne by the customer.

Returns & Restocking

• Return Window: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for uninstalled, unused products in original packaging.

• Restocking: No restocking fee, but return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and can cost up to $600.

• No Returns: Performance units and installed products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refund Processing

• Timeline: Refunds issued within 12 days of receiving the returned unit and completing inspection.

• Deductions: Customer shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount.
